I am a curious and "never say die" individual who tries to create a breeding ground for value by stoking on the fire of thought provocation.
For the past 10 months I have been part of the rollout of the digital transformation at my employer, a 400+ staff telecommunications company. My duties have been to create awareness up and downstream, onboard squads, monitor adoption practices and offer support through coaching of individual members. Most importantly, my ultimate goal is to create a trustful environment for squads (at every level) to fully express themselves.
I look forward to the Agile Camp to learn much more about the games and practices that could help me be a better agent of change :)
