I'm an Agile Delivery Specialist with over 17 years experience of working with Agile at scale across a number of sectors including media, publishing and financial services. I was responsible for in the introduction of Scrum at the BBC from 2002 and most recently I've been working with a German financial services client to adopt elements of the SAFe Framework in a complex multiple vendor product development engagement.
