Born in berlin in 1971 I started my career as software developer at the beginning of the 90ies and climbed up the ladder the next 20 years of my career into leadership positions in several great companies.
My passion about agility and coaching and the desire to stay young in my head lead me to j2c - a great innovation agency with young and smart people who organize themeself in a network manner.
