I am an IT project manager at the Federal Statistical Office of Germany (Destatis) and have been working in Scrum Projects for over a year now. When time allows, I am work to advance agile mindset and practice in my organisation and the federal statistical offices of the Länder.
Coming from an academic background, I find great pleasure in coaching and teaching my coworkers in any way I can. Therefore, I feel right at home in my current role as Scrum Master.
