Agile Ones

Agile Ones is a simulation that helps to create an understanding of how team work works, exposes common issues and introduces - in an interactive and fun way - an approach to solving such problems. Agile Ones focuses on Agile mind-set and team work patterns, allows participants to experience common problems, exposes their origins and highlights the benefits team can get from following simple strategies. I usually use Agile Ones to show teams first hand why they'd want to do standups, the reasons behind swarming, or WIP limits and differences between optimising for local performance vs wider flow.
