Opening Times / Schedule

In General

Doors to the Agile Camp Berlin open on Friday, 8 am. We will provide breakfast each day. On Friday, you can help yourself from 8 to 10 am from a selection of croissants, muffins, yogurt, and fruit.

The session planning will take place each morning during the opening plenary at 9 am. Sessions will last 45 min and will have a 15 min break in between to change rooms. We will have up to six sessions running in parallel. On Friday, we will have sessions all around agility. On Saturday, we will focus on games.

The lunch break will be between 12 pm and 2 pm. Then you can network and enjoy your choice of meat or vegetarian lunch.

Afternoon coffee will be provided between 4 pm and 6 pm with a selection of baked goods and fruits.

On Saturday afternoon, we will definitely appreciate some helping hands clearing up the venue: returning bottles to crates, putting back the chairs, etc. 🙏
