This FAQs are updated frequently, so please check back. If you have questions which are not covered here, please ask in our slack channel #agile-camp-berlin (see below under “How can I mingle with other participants”).
How can I get to the Agile Camp 2019?
– Adress
Evangelische Schule Berlin Zentrum
Wallstrasse 32, 10179 Berlin
More info on the venue: https://2019.agile-camp-berlin.com/#venue
It’s close to Alexanderplatz and a nice 15min walk from there through Berlin’s historical center.
– By public transport
Take the underground U2 Märkisches Museum, 1 minute walk from the station.
The BVG Journey planner is the best place to check your travel options and if you are so inclined there is of course also an Android or iOS App for that.
– By car
The parking situation is challenging as most parts of Berlin-Mitte is a parking zone (meaning you pay by buying a parking ticket and put it on your window screen). We recommend to use public transport.
How can I mingle with other participants?
We have created a #channel in the “Hands-on Agile” Slack group:
To join our “Hands-on Agile” Slack Group by filling out this form.
After being added to the group, you will have access not only to the “Hands-on Agile” community also to the #agile-camp-berlin channel. There you will find other participants but you can also ask questions to the organizers.
How can I spread the word on social networks?
Please spread the news and talk about the event.
Hashtag #acberlin19.

I want to prepare a session – what is the session length?
Usually sessions are 45min. You can also propose a double time session which is 90min.
Between the sessions, there will be a 15 minute break to change room/session and grab a coffee
What equipment will be available for the sessions?
In all rooms we’ll provide:
- Beamer
- Flipchart

Will there be some food & beverages?
We will provide lunch and cake at the coffee break. Also there will be drinks and coffee and tea during the day. There’s also a Späti (kiosk /small shop with long opening times) next door where you can get other stuff.
There will be meat and vegetarian option. A survey has been sent out to all participants.
What is the schedule?
Friday’s sessions focus on topics around Agile.
Saturday’s sessions focus on Agile Games.
Every morning there will be the session planning where you can present and pitch your idea. Once the session-planning is over we try to provide as soon as possible the schedule online. We will communicate the link here.
Here you will find the opening times.
What is the WiFi login?
